Existing house constructed in the 1960’s which had some alteration and extension works completed over the years.

The property underwent a large transformation which incorporated the demolition of existing rear extension and side garage, with the construction of a new two storey side extension, with a single storey extension to the rear and conversion of the existing attic to give a finished house of approx. 220 square metres upgraded to current building regulations.
